POLICIES

• Minimum age to rent is 21 years.
• The Lofts are furnished with valuable artwork and other objects. Guests are responsible for missing or damaged property. $500 damage deposit must be paid at check-in and will be refunded 7-10 days after your departure, if there are no missing items are damage to the Loft.
• To confirm your reservation in our web page or by telephone, we require a deposit of 50% of the total stay. The remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to your stay via credit card or wire transfer.
• Reservations may be canceled or modified 15 days prior to arrival without penalty. If you cancel less than 15 days prior to arrival, you will forfeit your deposit. If a new date is available, your deposit can be applied to the new date. If you do not check-in on the arrival date, you will be charged for the entire stay plus taxes. (THE OTAs WILL BE COLLECTING 100% AT THE TIME OF RESERVATION. THEY FORFIET 100% IF THEY CANCEL LESS THAN 15 DAYS PRIOR TO CHECK-IN)

• Our rates are in USD or peso equivalent based on the daily exchange rated (sat.gob.mx)
• Check-in time is 3:00pm. Please let us know via email or telephone when you will be arriving.
• Check-out time is 12:00pm. You may request a 1:00pm check-out. We will accommodate your request if possible. We can store your luggage if your departure is after check-out.
• Children under 12 years of age may not stay at the Lofts.
• We do not permit pets.
• Smoking is not permitted in the Lofts.
• You must reserve the Jacuzzi area 24 hours in advance by contacting the front desk of Casa No Name.
• Guests recognize that the Lofts by Casa No Name are not responsible for accidents that occur on the premises.
• Lofts by Casa No Name is not responsible for guest valuables. We provide an in-room safe for the protection of valuables.
• At the time of reservation you confirm that you understand and accept our policies.

PAYMENT POLICY

To confirm your reservation through our web site or front desk, we require a payment of 50% of the stay. You will be charged the remainder 30 days prior to your stay via credit card or bank transfer.
